Description
FIREPLACE combines infrared heat lamps with a cast-iron plate to recreate the deep, intense heat of a wood fire that has been burning for hours.
It can be used as a freestanding product, housed in a wheeled frame and plugged into a wall socket, or as an architectural installation connected to the mains. Both versions are designed to pair with a battery that charges when renewable electricity is most abundant and cleanest.
When the fireplace is not in use, the battery helps balance the home’s wider energy demand and helping the grid accommodate fluctuations in renewable energy.
